Edit: RSSHub 可能是更好的方案，推荐自建，官方 https://rsshub.app 的pixiv路由由于访问次数过多，其使用的 Pixiv 帐号请求经常被拒绝。

但是返回的RSS的格式存在两个问题
缺少了 xml 头部声明

RSS- 项缺少 <guid> 子项
由于RSS项内部填入了会动态变化的排名、阅览数等信息，需要一个唯一辨识RSS项的信息，这即是<guid>；否则每当你在插图(A-0)的动态信息变化后(A-1)更新RSS数据，插图(A-1)会被RSS客户端视为一个新的项目导入。
我已提交了一个PR来解决这些问题 => 已合并

改动： 添加了xml头部声明添加了rss -> item -> guid项, 唯一辨识pixiv插图项，防止RSS阅读器重复接收相同的项目 http://www.rssboard.org/rss-profile#element-channel-item-guid

使用Thunderbird订阅RSS
- 新建收取点账号：新建 - 收取点账号
- 在收取点帐号下新增订阅：右击收取点帐号名称 - 订阅 - 在“收取点网址”项输入RSS链接 - 添加
- 在消息列表项目栏添加“按接收时间排序”以按排名排序；因为RSS项的“日期”是原Pixiv项的日期
